I went in for a simple quote to replace a damaged passenger-side outer tail light assembly. The front desk was nice and able to offer me advice, took pictures, and sent me a quote all in the same day, so that was appreciated. However, the quote they gave me was absurd - over $400 that included 2.6 hours of labor and charges for redundancy and extensive removal process. It was clear to me that they barely have any actual knowledge on cars and instead just relying on an insurance estimation software and corporate quota to fill their profit target. I took the car to a reputable local shop instead, and they completed the exact same job in 15 mins for a fraction of the cost!!! If you are paying out-of-pocket, be prepared for over-engineered, inflated corporate estimates that only care about the profit and not you as a customer.

I got in an accident early February and was sent here for repairs by my insurance company. I will start out by saying that the body work turned out fantastic, but the two months it took to get my car back was a headache. The communication (or lack there of) was my biggest issue here. You only have so long covered by insurance for a rental and it was like pulling teeth to get an answer on where they were with repairs and how much longer we were looking at. This is vital information due to needing to plan for rentals to get myself to work and my kids to school. Apparently my insurance wouldnโ€™t approve new from dealer parts, so these used parts were constantly coming in damaged or โ€œrottedโ€ from their vendors, and those parts were needing to be sent back and re ordered pushing my pick up time out weeks. This collision shop didnโ€™t even have the means to do an alignment and had to be sent out to Firestone to do the alignment. They use car wise a repair tracking site to show the price of repairs and your โ€œestimated pick up date.โ€ My pick up date came and went and wasnโ€™t updated until the actual pick up date almost 3 weeks later. During those three weeks it was a nightmare checking in on i

I took my car to be repaired and when I picked it up they had not fixed everything. They have what looks like a used tire after paying $98 for a new tire. Itโ€™s screws missing from when they replaced the grill. I have scratches on my side view mirror that werenโ€™t there. I have scratches that werenโ€™t fixed

This was a very difficult situation, knowing that COVID caused much delays in every supply chain doesnโ€™t excuse certain situations: unfortunately a USPS van rear ended my month old Outback. GEICO instructed me to bring the vehicle to this location for repair. The facility had the vehicle for seven days to repair. Was then released to me with the knowledge that my rear cross traffic sensor was on back order and that system would be disabled. That sensor was also a component for the blind spot assist, lane departure systems, cruise control, and any self-parking capabilities it had. After five months and fourteen days, they were ready to install the sensor claiming it just was delivered (the same sensor had been available from NAPA for two months prior to this). After waiting for the entire day to get word of my vehicle being ready, I did not receive a call back until the next morning to let me know that the sensor was not installed. There was no reason they gave that was plausible. I was then informed that the following eeek they could fit my vehicle in as this sensor could only be installed and calibrated by a trained person. Three dayโ€™s later l am called to be asked if I can bring
